Ryan’s background spans both sides of the transformation equation—he’s led in-house pricing organizations at companies like Fencing Supply Group, Summit Electric Supply, and PrimeSource Building Products, and served as a pricing consultant at INSIGHT2PROFIT, advising private equity-backed businesses on margin improvement, revenue growth, and pricing excellence, consistently achieving measurable EBITDA improvements. His unique dual perspective as both practitioner and consultant is what makes this hire such an exciting milestone for our firm.
