Jennings Executive Search Adds Jason Ramstein as Partner to Expand Accounting & Finance Search

Jennings Executive Search is pleased to announce that Jason Ramstein has joined the firm as a Partner, leading and expanding our Accounting & Finance recruitment work.
Jason is widely regarded in the Atlanta market for his depth in Accounting & Finance recruiting, and he brings a national reach powered by longstanding relationships—particularly across Big 4 and adjacent consulting communities. His network is not simply broad; it is durable, trust-based, and built over years of consistent delivery for both clients and candidates.
Jason entered the recruiting profession in 2005 and has spent his career advising organizations and professionals through high-stakes decisions with a reputation for directness, follow-through, and discretion. Prior to launching his own firm, he served as a Principal at AccruePartners, where he led Accounting & Finance recruitment and built a record of outcomes that reflects the standards Jennings expects in every search: high conviction, high responsiveness, and high accountability.
He also brings an operator's perspective. Earlier in his career, Jason worked in corporate finance and accounting, including experience as an Assistant Controller at Riscuity, strengthening his ability to evaluate the realities of the roles we recruit for—what great looks like in-seat, and what it takes to succeed in the first 12–18 months. Before recruiting, Jason served on active duty in the United States Air Force as a Senior Financial Analyst, an experience that shaped his discipline, precision, and commitment to operating with integrity.
At Jennings, Jason will focus on building repeatable wins for clients—prioritizing long-term fit, credibility, and momentum over “quick fills.” That mindset aligns directly with how JES approaches the market: protecting both client and candidate integrity and running a process that is transparent, rigorous, and relationship-driven. Jason’s addition also reflects a core element of the Jennings Executive Search model: we intentionally hire recruiters who bring real operating experience, because functional fluency and firsthand leadership context improve how we scope roles, assess talent, and advise clients.
"Jason is exactly the kind of Partner we want representing Jennings in the market,” said Jon Jennings, Founder and Managing Partner. “He has rare relationship depth in the Big 4 ecosystem, a national network, and the judgment to advise both clients and candidates with honesty and conviction. More importantly, he’s built his reputation on stacking durable wins for the client—not chasing transactions. His operating background and Air Force experience fit perfectly with how we’ve built JES."
Jason earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Campbell University and lives in the Roswell area with his wife, Julie, and their three sons, Jake, Knox, and Miller.
